Returns and refunds procedure in accordance with consumer protection legislation (RDL 1/2007).
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase without needing to give a reason, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
How to withdraw
To exercise your right, notify us within the period by emailing support@curvifyshop.com and quoting your order number. We will provide the instructions and the return address. Products must be returned unused and in their original condition, with their labelling.
Refund
Once the return is received and checked, we will refund the amounts paid, including standard delivery costs, using the same payment method you used, within a maximum of 14 calendar days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products.
Return costs
Unless otherwise stated, the direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
Legal guarantee
The products are covered by the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity provided for under the applicable legislation. For any claim, contact us at support@curvifyshop.com.
